Privacy Policy

This policy describes the private GBG KPIs reporting tool and its GBG Drive Storage connection, operated by the owner of Giggle Beats Garden. It covers the tool and this informational website.

Information the tool accesses

• YouTube channel information: the authorized channel’s name and identifier, video identifiers, public video titles, publication dates, and durations.
• Aggregate YouTube analytics: views, watch time, average viewing duration and percentage, subscriber gains and losses, traffic sources, country summaries, retention, and thumbnail reach metrics when available.
• Google Drive report data: the report’s contents, file identifier, and metadata needed to create and update it. The Drive connection uses permission limited to files created by, or explicitly shared with, that connection.
• Connection and operational information: authorization tokens, report settings, execution timestamps, and diagnostic messages needed to run and troubleshoot the tool.

The collector does not request individual viewers’ identities or contact details. Google handles account sign-in; the tool does not collect Google account passwords.

How information is used

Information is used to produce the owner’s private channel performance report, compare reporting periods and traffic sources, and support requested summaries and content decisions. It is not sold or used by this tool for advertising to individual viewers.

GBG KPIs does not use Google API data to develop, improve, or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where information is stored

Collection runs in the owner’s Google Apps Script project. The report is stored as a Google document in the authorized Google Drive account. Connection settings and tokens are stored within the script’s property storage. Google may also retain execution logs and document revision history.

API requests use HTTPS. Access to the project and report depends on the owner’s Google account permissions. Private analytics and authorization tokens are not included in this public website.

Sharing and service providers

Google processes information to supply YouTube analytics, run Apps Script, and store the report. When the owner enables the separate ChatGPT review, OpenAI/ChatGPT accesses the report through the owner’s authorized Google Drive connection to create a private summary. Processing and retention by those services are governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and account settings.

This website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, or contact forms. Its hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the pages.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

The collector refreshes the current report when it runs. Reports, Google document revision history, and saved summaries remain in their respective services until the owner deletes them or the service’s retention rules remove them. This workflow does not configure automatic deletion of stored reports.

The owner can stop future collection by disabling the scheduled Apps Script trigger and removing the tool’s access from Google Account connections. Removing authorization does not erase reports already created. Those reports can be deleted from Google Drive, including its trash. Script connection data can be removed by resetting the connection or deleting the script project. ChatGPT reviews, saved summaries, and its Drive connection are managed separately in ChatGPT.

This reporting tool is intended for the adult channel owner. Although Giggle Beats Garden publishes children’s content on YouTube, this tool and its informational website do not invite children to register, submit personal information, or connect accounts.
